My HVAC until died and they were super responsive and came out the next day to install a new unit. The install took a few hours and we were up and running (or should I say cooling) by lunch. They were very quick but very thorough at the same time. Super professional too! I would highly recommend Dilling Heating & Cooling for any heating and air service, repairs, or equipment replacements! I give them 10 out of 10 rating.

Carl Nolin is very professional, knows his stuff, and was very pleasant.He found the slight, but annoying, gas leak from the gas range -- that was making me crazy, and that the repairman from another company didn't find! In addition, he checked ALL my gas appliances and discovered a small leak at the gas furnace that I was unaware of, and repaired it. And then going the extra mile, he even crawled under the house to double-check the gas lines going from the various appliances.I'm so glad to discover Dilling Heating & Cooling, and will trust any further HVAC work that I need done to Carl and Dilling.

Saturday the 22nd, had issue with unit not cooling - tried rebooting, tripping breaker and removing thermostat from wall - none of these worked. House temp reached 82 with thermostat set at 62. Called Dilling at 9:05 and had call back in less than 10 minutes. Technician arrived in less than hour and half and found a broken wire from past install that was causing intermittent connections - replaced wire and A/C was working by 11:15. Shannon did a great job on this call. This level of service is one that we are not yet accustomed to - highly recommend this company!

My AC went out on 9/7 and we didn't notice until about 5PM. I called Dilling Heating and Cooling and they were able to get me on the schedule that same day. A tech came out around 7PM EST and he was very professional. He explained his whole process and even showed me things i could check/fix myself. The tech was able to resolve the AC issue fairly quick and my wife and kids were able to enjoy the cool sensation of AC again. Happy wife happy life. But honestly, this place is the best. If you have a home warranty (AHS) do like i did and cancel that contract, no reason to deal with horrible techs when you can call a company like this and get same day service at a fair price.

Cannot recommend them more highly. They installed a new HVAC system for me last year, everything worked without a hitch through the year up until last night when the thermostat died, gave them a call and they were out within a couple hours next day and troubleshooted and fixed tirelessly for several hours all under warranty! They stand behind their work!

Seth Deem is our preferred tech and he arrived on time and provided me with great information (along with pictures) of the service call. He was very professional and kept the work area neat and clean-also wore booties in the house. Very knowledgeable and honest about our system. While he didn’t push extra services or products, he was informative regarding options available should we need repairs or an upgrade to our system. I would not hesitate to contact him or the company again should the need arise!

Great customer service , my wife was to be released from the hospital on Saturday afternoon . I woke up Saturday morning and my air was gone . I needed to get this fixed before I picked her up . I tried a couple other company’s which said they would return my call. I continued to try other places when I called Dilling I expected the same thing . With 5 min customer service returned my call. A very friendly lady sorry I can’t remember her name said they would be able to come that morning . About 1.5 hours later Tyler called and said he was 5 min away . He was friendly and professional and went over with me what was wrong and had it fixed within 45 min . He also took the time to show me the part that was broke and went over with me their preventative maint prices .Thank to y’all my wife was able to come home to a cool house to recover in . Great job Tyler and company .

Griffin Roydonald was the person that came by to fix the ac. He was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He didn't try to sell or tell me that something else was wrong. He was very upright and honest about what needed to be done for right now. We have a very old unit and he was telling us that we will need another unit soon but didn't force us to buy one. It's hard when you live on a very limited income and he was very understanding. This is the best heating and cooling company we have ever had come out to work on our unit and from now on I will be calling them whenever we need more work done. Wes service guy is awesome.. and has been here before. Really friendly and professional. He takes his time doing the maintenance and when done we feel it has been done good. He takes the time to answer questions, give us recommendations on how to make unit more efficient and last longer.Dilling Heating and Cooling is also awesome, everyone in office and management have always been kind, receptive, punctual and professional.They recommended a UV light, gave us a very good price and installed it. It has been amazing and the difference in the air quality has been very noticeable.Jeanne and I would recommend know one else and will never use anyone else. We just got a new mini split ductless system in the garage. Chris and Wes came yesterday to do the interview estimate and David came to clear up a question we had. Allen, Josh, and Ty just completed the installation and we are overjoyed. After getting several bids for a new HVAC system I decided to give Dilling Heating and Air a chance. Even thought they were in Gastonia and I was in Concord they told me they would be happy to bid and come to Concord. After I reviewed the bid and takes to their salesman Andrew I knew this was the company to go with. They were upfront, professional, cleaned up and went over everything with me to make sure the job was correct and I was happy with the jnstall. They even had to take my attic stairs down to get the unit in the attic and reinstalled them perfectly. I am so glad I went with Dilling Heating and Air. Soo professional and such a amazing job!!

Our air went out two days ago. I looked up heating and air repair and Dillons H&A came up and I noticed the high ratings. When I called they promptly answered. She told she could have a tech out here in a few hours. Well, they actually showed up in an hour. He went and worked and inspected my system. Unfortunately it’s to old to do anything with so he set me an appointment up with a salesman. This is where it went really well. We met with Matt and Chris. They were very knowledgeable about their products. They explained everything to us in a language we could understand. Did not push us in making a decision and now they are coming back in two days to install a brand new system. Ask about the new lease program. Great experience!!

I noticed our first floor AC was struggling yesterday, & last night it went out. I called before their posted open hour, & was pleasantly surprised (this being a Saturday) that an answering service picked up. I fully expected to have to leave a voicemail message. Delia took my information & the issue description, & I received a call right after they opened at 8am. The tech was out within an hour. I received both an email & a text confirming my appointment, & a text with the technician’s picture & name. As it turns out, we need to upgrade the 23-year-old unit, which we’re hoping can happen this weekend. So far, so good with Dilling … they are timely, professional, & extremely nice to work with!
