Exactly what was expected. Technician called an hour before my appointment. Showed up 15 minutes early. Technician was polite and professional. He made sure our heating system was ready for when we need it.

Our AC compressor stopped working last night and I quickly hopped on Google read some reviews and gave Dilling a call.I was greeted by a polite woman on the phone who took my info and scheduled my appointment for the next day. I appreciate the confirmation texts for both the scheduled appointment and as the technician was on his way.Dre was the tech that showed up. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! He answered all my questions thoroughly, showed me the issues with our unit and offered multiple solutions for a repair. Unfortunately, our unit suffered some severe voltage issues and a repair couldn't be made but Dre had our warranty claim sorted out and another visit scheduled before he left. Top notch service. I will absolutely recommend Dilling to neighbors and anyone in earshot that needs any HVAC services.
I ended up having an issue that required a plumber instead of an HVAC technician, but the HVAC rep that was sent out to me was very helpful and gave great advice. I’ll be coming back to them if I have any HVAC issues in the future. Thanks!
My A/C went out and I had Dilling’s come out to take a look. My system was 18 years old so I knew it was on its last leg. Jimmy came out and pretty much confirmed it but got it running while he was there. That afternoon Owen came out to give me an estimate on a new unit and within 24 hours of Jimmy coming I had a new unit installed and back cool again! Great service all around from them and Kellen and his guys on the install. Highly recommend!

My technician, Luke, did a complete diagnostic on my heat pump and assured me that it was, in fact, in good working order. I had been told by another company that it needed to be replaced. While the unit is nearing its probable end, it has not by any means bitten the dust.I am more than happy with the service I received. Highly recommend! The tech, Wes, was very friendly and knowledgeable. They gave us many options from repair to full unit replacements, but were not pushy at all. Just wanted to help us make the right decision to fit our budget and needs.
Our AC went out and we called Dilling at 6AM. Not only did they answer quickly but they had a tech at our house that same afternoon. Wes was extremely knowledgeable, and professional. He even walked me through different tips & tricks to make sure we are taking care of our unit properly.
Dre was really friendly and professional. He explained things to me without making me feel stupid, a huge plus for a 1st time homeowner. I have 2 dogs and they made sure to have someone come out as soon as possible so the house would be cool enough for them.
Jordan came right out and inspected the system within hours. I didnt like what he had to say about a system that was only 4yrs old, but I couldnt argue the obvious errors in the system. I didnt let them replace everything like they were wanting to, but I appreciate an honest evaluation. Good information to discern and prioritize moving forward.

I have had the best customer service experience ever with Mary Kate. If you have problems or concerns she is the one to help you. I had some issues along the way with the installation of my new system and she had a service tech out same day with the problem fixed each time. HVAC tech Jimmy was the best as well. Great responsiveness from customer service to schedule my service appointment. Owen arrived and was completely professional and also very easily identified the issue. He replaced the part quickly and also completed a thorough servicing of the unit for the rest of the summer.
First: Lori at the office answered the phone. Shocking. She was friendly, polite and professional. Second: Owen the salesman called and came out to the house on time. Owen was knowledgeable, clean cut, polite and patient as my wife and I don’t generally make expensive decisions on the spot. He went over options and though I was not happy with the pricing my wife and I realize that the costs of everything is just what it is. After an hour+ we decided to move forward with the project. We needed to upgrade our 18 year old HVAC. Hoping and expecting the installation to be just as professional as the office and sales experience, which ultimately is the reason why we decided to spend our money with This company. A+ so far. My air conditioning went out at my business today. I got in contact with Owen Wilson, a comfort advisor at Dilling. He helped me diagnose the issue over the phone and was able to get Mike Horton, a service tech, out the same day. The issue was corrected quickly and the pricing was fair. I’ll be using Dilling moving forward for my HVAC needs because of this experience.
After an estimate for the job, the installers came out and put the unit in. They identified an issue that wasn't initially addressed, but it wasn't long before another team came out and fixed the issue. The quality inspector was also helpful in explaining how to address small air returns (due to the age of my house) to better enhance the operation of my unit. Overall I am pleased. Dilling has been easy to contact and quick with responses. I would recommend them for your installation.
Jimmy was great. He spoke with us prior to doing the inspection of the unit. He came in the house, explained everything. Showed us a video of the problem in our crawl space. Unfortunately we need to buy new unit, but I'm not upset after Jimmy explained everything to us. I received a text message saying he was on his way along with his picture, so I knew who was coming to my door. The next step is tothe estimator come out and that's when we get into pricing and about the units and such, the greatest thing is he's coming out tonight. He was thinking about us not having air, then going home for the night. I would recommend this company just based on this alone. I didn't want to wait until Monday before he came out when I have no air in my house. I would give the company as a whole 10 stars, Jimmy by himself 20 stars. Now we wait and see how Owen will impress us. Will post more later. My second post is about Owen, he was professional, friendly, and he knows his stuff. My dog fell in love with Owen. He didn't. His estimate gave us four options to choose from, he helped My husband and I to choose the best one for our house. We did finance the units, that was easy with Owen. Couple questions and boom. He had everything out there for us. He gave us options and explained every option of the financing for us to make an informed decision. It was a Saturday night. He was here when he said he would be. He answered all of our questions, showed my husband exactly what was wrong with her unit, he was just fantastic. There's no other words to describe the service that we received from him. Now today I had four guys here installing my new unit. Every one of them were friendly, and professional. When they brought out the new unit. They put everything together in one pile. And all the small stuff went in the box my new unit came in. I appreciated how they kept everything cleaned up. My unit is running fantastic, a lot better than my old one. And I cannot say enough about the experience that I received. Everyone that came to my home was respectful and they listened. They didn't talk over you. That is hard to find. I would highly recommend Dilling heating and cooling for all your needs. You will not go wrong by contacting them. You will be pleasantly surprised in how they make you feel comfortable with your decisions. This story starts back in April, when a competitor company fixed a leak in my outdoor A/C system. We recently bought the house and I asked if the model was good enough or if we need to consider replacing it. That tech shared it was a solid brand and it wasn’t necessary. This was when it was 75 degrees outside.Faster forward to this past week, the unit sprang another leak. The same technician was dispatched, came significantly earlier than scheduled, and shared with my wife that the brand we own is actually a super cheap brand and we needed a replacement— the same replacement I asked about back in April. He shared that someone would give us a call the next day as it was after hours to get a new unit and could be installed sometime next week. He had no real solution for what could be done in the interim. Then we had to pay him for his visit.I was so irate I asked a family member and they provided Dilling as possible option. I called dispatch, shared my story, and she shared that they’d send someone out at no cost for a second opinion and the dispatcher assured me the individual sent would be knowledgeable. Jordan was prompt and professional and explained that my unit did need to be replaced and the previous work in April by Sky HVAC actually made it impossible to service. When we asked how soon we could get this done, he called and got us connected with Andrew. Andrew came to our home at 8pm after dinner to assist us with getting a new system and had a portable AC for us to use while waiting for our install. He went over all the details and his recommendations and had us scheduled the very next morning. Jordan and Ty were here right on time and got everything installed and working. They were also fantastic.The Cliffsnotes version of this is everyone at Dilling we interacted with were professional and empathetic— they listened to us and got us the assistance we absolutely needed. I can’t thank them enough for not only what they did, but the highest level of service and care they provided while doing it.

He walked me through everything he was doing and what to look for in my system. He provided options for me and objectively went over the pros and cons of each while letting me make a decision on what we wanted to do for our system. He completed all of the work on the spot quickly and professionally. I highly recommend using them for honest and timely work.
We used Dilling Heating and Air Conditioning for replacing our two old central A/C units and furnaces earlier this year. Todays visit was just to clean the equipment and inspect it. The technician (Cody) was very prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I would not have expected anything different because that’s how everyone at this company treats the customers. I would recommend them to anyone needing services that they provide.
Came home at 2:30 no air it was a 90+ degree day. Called my old HVAC guy number was out of service so hit and miserable I googled HVAC repair near me and Dilling Heating and Cooling popped up at the top of the list. Right away I saw their 5 star rating with 993 reviews. I read at least 30 reviews all 30 sang their praises. I called at 3 for tech to come service freon. Tech was here 3 hours later on time as promised. Jimmy came with a smile and very professional. After 10 minutes of diagnostics Jimmy asked if he could show me the issue. Jimmy was very transparent and explained that our 22 yr old system was on its last leg. I knew he was speaking truth because the unit has been screaming the whole Summer trying to beat the heat and the house never was really cool enough . He explained he could fill it full on freon which would cost $900 approx but there was no guarantee it would even work after that. He also explained they no longer make R22 freon just as a previous HVAC company told me so I knew a replacement was inevitable. We opted for replacement so Jerry stated he would have someone cone by THAT evening to give us our options. Andrew also came in with a smile and a handshake. Andrew spent well over an hour going over our options and answering even the silliest of questions we had. He pulled up pictures so that we could see what the final project would look like. He was very thorough in explaining the systems features, warranties and financing options. He did not feel like a pushy salesperson, in fact hee said they were a customer service company that deals in heating and cooling. I like that motto. When I asked how far push back are they Andrew stated they would be out tomorrow for installation. Shock, I know I was also. Andrew even asked for the vacuum to get up some of the insulation that fell down from the attic, now who does that these days? To put the icing on the cake he even offered to bring in and set up a portable air conditioning unit for the night. We declined, but don't make the same mistake we did accept the offer, you'll regret if don't. The next day as promised Kellen and three other techs were here bright and early. These gentlemen worked outside in direct sun and a hot attic on a 90 degree plus day. They were very professional, mannerably and took care not to damage any floors or walls when removing and installing equipment. It's 6:00 pm and I am relaxing in a very cooled (like I've never felt in this house before 76 degrees). Kellen and the crew cleaned up any areas they were in and they didn't even trample my flower bed. Now how many times can you say that about a service company. We are very pleased with everyone we interacted with and their service. I give them 5 stars and once inspection is completed they will be my recommendation to anyone. Oh and by the way, you get an email WITH a picture of Dilling employee who is coming to your home so you know who to look out for. How cool is that!! Thanks guys for all your hard work!!!!
Our AC went out and we were looking for someone that could come the same day. They were able to send someone out immediately. ‘John Boy’ was our repair professional. He arrived promptly and fixed our air conditioning unit within minutes. Excellent service and would definitely recommend ‘John Boy’ and Dilling Heating & Cooling.
The technician was on-time, friendly, never pushed to sell anything, he made sure he heard my concerns before doing anything! I just called to get a check-up before the August heatwave destroys any chance of doing anything outside and make sure none of that creeps on inside. Again, super friendly, gave me his assessment and never tried to sell/guilt trip me into anything. I look forward to working with Dillon for all my future needs!
Would definitely recommend Dillling, they were quick to come out to diagnose my unit, had replace our 23 year old Heat Pump, they were all honest and easy to talk to.. the installers were on time and very hard workers, polite and courteous!!
Greg came out right away, sat down and reviewed my options and costs. Team of three led by Matt came out within the week and worked nonstop until I had AC. So professional, hardworking and communicative. They added several needed returns to improve my efficiency as well, no other company recommended that.
