Dilling Heating & Cooling is Gaston County NC’s leading HVAC service company. We’re happy to meet our client’s heating and cooling needs by offering quality air conditioning and furnace installations, repairs, and maintenance.


Our team of talented technicians is Nexstar Certified and has over 60 years of experience with all makes and models of HVAC systems. We carry top brand HVAC products, including Rheem.


As an Inside Sales Representative with Dilling Heating & Cooling, you will make outbound calls on service invoices and leads that were not sold in the field & do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales goals. The main responsibility of an Inside Sales Representative is to provide excellent customer service to all of our new and existing clients.

●     Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.

●     Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.

●     Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.

●     Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.

●     Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word.
